The mission of the Colorado Charge is to provide life-changing experiences not only to the players but also the community as a whole. The Charge organization is dedicated in providing a professional playing experience that is not limited to just the field of play. Those chosen to be part of the Charge organization will be held to the highest of standards, accountability and dedication to changing their lives and being positive role models to youth in our community.

The Colorado Charge vision is to set the standard of developmental football. Our quest is to ensure that all involved from the front office to our players are well-equipped and prepared to perform at the professional level.
